Sorry, I did that after I commented. I just have always noticed how weird lyrics look without their melodies.
Ah, I see. Well, not always. A lot of the times I'll write someting intended as a poem, and then I'll write a little music for it later...and I suppose some other people do that too. In that way it reads more like a poem, but then, poems are poems, and songs are songs, and in songs there's a lot of repetition...but could ramble about that all day.
I just noticed that your test comments showed up on "Tunnel Vision"... :P Took them a while though!

Yeah...don't you just love "Viva la Vida"? Every time I'm in the car it plays on some radio station at least once...
I don't like Viva la Vida. I don't know why everyone's so worked up about it.
Matt, how can you NOT like viva la vida??? That song is awesome!! :) And I love your song lists. Well, not the second one. But the last song, the nicklecreek one, I've been playing over and over again.
It's a well-written song, which is probably why the majority of people like it so well, but it's also sort of historical which I think is pretty cool.
On the other hand...some people just don't like Coldplay, no matter how much you think they would, so yeah, I can understand that! :p
I like it...but it was only after I had heard it about four times that I really started liking it...
